Independent Research is currently being made available for sale.
There is only one Independent Research Ltd - and can only ever be this one, given the changes to the rules for the naming of UK companies. These mean that if Independent Research Ltd ceases to exist it will not be possible for that name to be used for any new company (or to rename an existing one).
Consequently anyone wishing to have the name Independent Research and all that goes with it - most obvious internet search term etc - has only one option, which is to acquire the company of that name.
